Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Adeel Enterprises Limited website or placing an order with us. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adeel Enterprises Limited, a company registered in Scotland with its principal place of business at 73 Cullen Court, Cullen Drive, Glenrothes, Scotland, KY6 2JJ.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes or may cause damage to the website or impair the availability of the site to others. You must not use our website to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or for any fraudulent purpose.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly from those shown. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you promptly and arrange a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We use Stripe to process all payments securely.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays, adverse weather or industrial action.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details of our returns and refunds process. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, and to return the goods within a further 14 days. We extend this to 30 days as a gesture of goodwill.

7. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are defective or do not conform to these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of products from us. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Adeel Enterprises Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
