Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items purchased from adeelenterprises.shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached
• The item must not have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• You must be able to provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@adeelenterprises.shop with your order number and the reason for your return
• We will respond within one business day with return instructions and, for UK customers, a prepaid return label
• Pack your item securely and attach the return label
• Drop the parcel at your nearest post office or designated collection point
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to process your return without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

If your return is not approved (for example, if the item appears used, damaged or does not meet our returns conditions), we will contact you to discuss the matter and, if appropriate, return the item to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. The simplest process is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@adeelenterprises.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items with removed tags or damaged original packaging
• Personalised or customised items (where applicable)

International Returns

For international returns (outside the UK), return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please mark the parcel clearly as a "Return — No Commercial Value" to avoid customs charges.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have statutory rights regarding returns and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
